WELDING
Submerged automatic arc welding and hand welding are combined to provide a wide range of welding to overlay hard facing or corrosion resistant alloys to rolls, dies, spindles and other assorted equipment to recover the "like new" or even better properties of the original equipment. This work is performed in a manner that complies with standard processing requirements to provide quality products.
MACHINING
A wide range of lathes and vertical and horizontal milling machines, together with a lifting capacity of 100,000 pounds, allows the handling of small sizes and weights to swing diameters of 63 inches and individual components weighing 60 tons. This flexibility enables the efficient processing of relatively small to very large parts.
